Privacy Policy

ADflakes use registration forms for users to join our system.  ADflakes also use submission forms for users to submit content into our system.

For these cases, ADflakes collects information from users that will be visible in our website EXCEPT for users' e-mail address.  The users' e-mail address will never be displayed anywhere in the website.  We ask for users' e-mail address so that we can send them notification through e-mail for any updates related to the content that they submitted to our system.

ADflakes regularly sends important news, announcements and tips to ADflakes members.  Each member has a choice to receive this newsletter or not through his Profile.  This choice is also presented to the user during member account registration.

We use your IP address, browser type, domain referrer names, access times, operating system, country of origin, page views, and users sessions to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to help us in the administration of our Web site. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer sent by internet systems.

Our system uses session ID cookies to track if a user has logged-in to our system or not.  Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to personally identifiable information while on our site. Further, once a user closes their browser the session ID cookie simply terminates.

Our system also uses a cookie if you choose your browser to remember your username and password when you logged in to ADflakes.  This cookie remains in your browser for a longer period of time.

Advertisements that you save in your Ads Cart are also saved into your browser's cookie and will remain in your browser for a longer period of time.

Our system also displays 3rd party advertisements that can leave cookies into your browser.

These cookies are in no way harmful to your computer.

This system contains links to external systems. ADflakes are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such systems. ADflakes recommend that you refer to each system's Privacy Policies.

ADflakes do not share, sell or rent your e-mail addresses to any 3rd party entity. Personally identifiable information will only be disclosed due to law or court demands.

The ADflakes system has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. User information are only accessible by either the owner of the information and the administrator of the system. ADflakes maintain and protect your personally identifiable information.

End users: Your name, email address and any other identifying information that you provide our system will not be revealed to any 3rd party entities.

ADflakes will occasionally update our Privacy Policy based on our users' feedback. ADflakes encourage you to periodically review our privacy policy to be informed of how we are committed to protecting your privacy.

Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on our system.
